A cheaper individual, such as a freelancer or boutique ad agency on Fiverr, Upwork, MarketerHire, Toptal, or a similar platform, would typically set you up with dream milestones and lackluster results.

I'll take it up a notch and say that agencies willing to guarantee results are bs 99.99% of the time.

On top of that, marketing is all about forming hypothesis to A/B test based on historical and current business analytics, research, and documents to see truths and inaccuracies, further competitor analysis, target demographic research, data-driven and predictive analysis.

It becomes a formula of maximizing the A/B test speed and quality based on the resources expanded per test and the precision behind each one while taking into account constraints based on capital, time, speed, potential pre-mature tests (e.g. if brand power is weaker than typical for the strategy), etc.

A typical structure would include one video call per week with an update and responses to non-urgent inquiries within 24-72 hours on business days.

The plan of action we agree upon will be executed on the mentioned timeline. Any adjustments or additions to that will be discussed together.

Achieving the goals we set are going to be the most important. Rather than holding a specific process as a ride-or-die, it's more important to have a working process, then a winning process which includes scalability if that's needed.

At times suggested strategies in-action may be reconsidered and we can pivot if there is mutual approval.
